The anaerobic process transforms the traditional floral notes of Ethiopia into something much more punchy and succulent. The first sip greets you with a bright, Juicy Grapefruit acidity that is clean and sparkling. As the cup cools, it develops into a deep, jammy Apricot sweetness, offering a balanced and mouth-watering experience from start to finish.
